Worth writing about
- A draw that failed or looked wrong. Include the post link you pasted and roughly when you tried. Platforms change how comments are served, and a broken link is usually the first sign.
- A platform we don't cover yet. Useful to know which one, and what your giveaway asks people to do to enter.
- Anything about your own comment or data. Worth saying up front: comments are read live and never stored, so there is normally nothing on our side to delete. The privacy page explains exactly what is held and for how long.
What not to expect
This is a free tool, not a staffed service desk. Replies come when they come, and there is no guaranteed response time.
