Terms of Use
Using the tools means accepting these. They're deliberately plain: a draw a day is free, the subscription is monthly and cancellable at any time, everything comes as-is, and the rules of your giveaway remain yours to set and follow.
The service
GiveawayPicker reads publicly visible comments on a post or video you link to, and draws one or more of them at random. One draw per 24 hours is free, with no account and no login. A monthly subscription lifts that limit and reads the whole comment section rather than the most recent part of it.
What the draw does and doesn't guarantee
The winner is selected with your browser's cryptographic random number generator, and any filters you set are applied before the draw rather than after. Within the pool the tool has read, every eligible entry has the same chance.
That pool has a limit. Each draw reads a number of pages of comments from the platform rather than an entire thread, so on a post with very many comments the draw runs over a portion of them rather than every last one. If completeness matters more to you than speed for a particular giveaway, count that in.
The subscription
The subscription is $7.99 per month, charged in USD, and it renews every month until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep the subscription until then, and are not charged again. You can cancel yourself, at any time, from your account page; nobody has to be emailed and nothing has to be approved.
Payment is taken by Stripe, which is the merchant of record for this subscription: Stripe sells it, charges your card, accounts for any tax and issues the receipt. Card details never reach this site.
If the tool did not do what this page says it does, write to [email protected] within 14 days of being charged and you will be refunded. That is a promise about this service working, not about the outcome of your giveaway, and it is on top of whatever refund rights the law where you live already gives you.
Your side of it
- Follow the promotion rules of the platform you're running on. They set what a giveaway may ask for and what it must disclose, and this tool doesn't change any of that.
- Use it for lawful giveaways, contests and raffles. Don't use it to collect or redistribute other people's data for anything else.
- Don't automate against it. Requests are rate-limited per address, and hammering the tool spends money that keeps it free for everyone.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is. It depends on third-party APIs and on platforms that change how their comments are exposed without notice, so it can be slow, incomplete or unavailable. No liability is accepted for how a giveaway you ran with it turns out. Where a subscription has been paid for, liability is limited to refunding what you paid for the period in question; see the refund note above.

GiveawayPicker is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, Meta, TikTok or YouTube. Those names are used only to say which platform a tool reads.
Changes
These terms change when the service does. A change to the price of an existing subscription would be announced by email before it took effect, with time to cancel. The date at the top moves with any change. Questions go to [email protected], or through the contact page.
